1. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and password (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see your raw password).
• Wallet and transaction records: your credit balance, and a record of top-ups and streaming usage, so charges can be shown and disputed accurately.
• Payment metadata: transaction references and amounts from our payment processor, Korapay. Your card or bank details are entered directly with Korapay and never reach our servers.
• Camera video: when you start a stream, your camera feed is sent directly from your browser to our AI provider, Decart, for real-time transformation. It does not pass through or get stored on our own servers. See Decart's own privacy policy for how they handle video during processing.

2. How we use information

To operate your account, process payments, calculate and charge for streaming usage accurately, provide support, and maintain the security of the service.

3. Third parties we share data with

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Korapay — payment processing.
• Decart — real-time AI video processing.
• Render / hosting providers — running our servers.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed for accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. You can request account deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at info@c-coditstudio.com to make a request.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed and access-controlled through our authentication provider. Wallet balances and transactions are protected by database-level access rules so that only our server can modify them. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to the service.

7. Children

C Studio is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age required to form a binding contract in their jurisdiction.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
