Refund Policy

1. How billing works
Credits are charged based on actual seconds of active AI streaming, measured by our server — never on what your browser reports. When you start a stream, we reserve enough credits to cover the maximum session length your balance can afford; any portion you don't actually use is automatically returned to your wallet the moment the stream ends.
2. When you're eligible for a refund
- Failed or undelivered service — if a stream fails to start, disconnects due to a fault on our end, or credits are charged without the AI effect actually being delivered, contact support with the approximate date/time and we'll refund the affected credits or their cash value.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges — if you're charged twice for the same top-up, or billed in error, we'll refund the duplicate in full.
- Unused wallet balance — unused credits may be refunded at our discretion on request, particularly for a purchase made shortly before the request.
3. When refunds are not available
- Credits already consumed by a completed streaming session that worked as intended.
- Change of mind after a top-up, once a meaningful portion of the pack has already been used.
- Any usage that violated our Terms of Service.
4. How to request a refund
Email info@c-coditstudio.com with your account email and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Korapay where possible, or credited to your wallet balance.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues can be resolved faster directly. Accounts with a pattern of chargebacks after service was delivered as described may be suspended.
