Terms of Service

1. What C Studio does

C Studio lets you apply real-time AI video effects to your webcam feed, powered by Decart's Lucy 2.5 model, for use with third-party streaming and calling software (such as OBS). You purchase credits, and streaming consumes credits per second of active use, at a rate set by us and shown in the app.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to create an account.

3. Credits and payments

• Credits are purchased in packs at prices shown at time of purchase and are non-transferable.
• Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (Korapay); we never see or store your card details.
• Credits are deducted based on actual seconds of active AI streaming, measured by our server.
• Unless required by law or stated otherwise, credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used; unused balances may be eligible for refund at our discretion. See our Refund Policy for details on eligibility and how to request one.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use C Studio to:

• Create or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Impersonate a real person in a way intended to deceive or defraud, or create non-consensual intimate imagery of any real person.
• Attempt to circumvent credit charges, reverse-engineer the billing system, or abuse the service in a way that avoids payment for actual usage.
• Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.

You are solely responsible for content you generate and for complying with any disclosure requirements that apply to AI-generated or manipulated video in your jurisdiction.

5. Service availability

The AI effects depend on a third-party model provider (Decart) and are provided "as is," without uptime guarantees. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including attempts to manipulate billing or payments. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C Studio is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
